Arts Program Manager (two positions)

The Kansas Department of Commerce, on behalf of the Kansas Arts Commission is seeking two contracted Program Manager Consultants to assist with grant management and administration.

One position will focus on helping individual artists, and the other position will focus on arts organizations and accessibility coordination.

These roles help shape grant guidelines, assist applicants, and manage review panels. You’ll coordinate contracts, monitor progress, and document impact to make sure every dollar supports meaningful creative work across the state.

These contractors will also do constituent outreach and work directly with grant applicants and recipients to help them plan and track grant funds.
