The KANSASWORKS system offers the following financial incentives and training programs:

Federal Bonding Program
The Federal Bonding Program provides individual fidelity bonds to employers for job applicants who are (or may be) denied coverage.

Foreign Labor Certification
The Foreign Labor Certification program qualifies an employer to hire foreign or alien workers if an employer cannot find qualified and available U.S. workers to fill vacancies.

Incumbent Worker Training
The Incumbent Worker Training Program provides grants to employers to assist with certain expenses associated with skills upgrade training for full-time employees of the company.

Kansas Health Profession Opportunity Project KHPOP
The Kansas Health Profession Opportunity Project (KHPOP) is an innovative approach to provide education, training and employment in the healthcare sector to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients, and other low-income individuals.

The Older Kansans Employment Program (OKEP) is designed to provide Kansans aged 55 and over with employment placement services with emphasis on employment in the private sector.
