Kansas Community Theatre Conference March 13-15 Salina Community Theatre 303 E. Iron Ave Salina, KS 67401 In partnership with the Association of Kansas Theatres, the first state conference dedicated to community theatre networking in more than a decade will be held at the Salina Community Theatre on March 13-15. The conference will feature workshops on topics like management, marketing, board development, fund-raising, capital campaigns, acting, directing, lighting, costuming, and dance. The event will also offer networking opportunities for participants to share successes and challenges. Theatres of any size from $0 budget to the largest in the state are welcome. Cost to participants is $75/person and includes lodging assistance, the cost of workshops, one all conference dinner, Sunday brunch, and a performance of Every Brilliant Thing on Saturday night in the Sunflower Financial Theatre. Note: There is a cap on the total number of rooms and will be available on first come, first serve basis in order of registration.
