Tips for Success

Test-1 Communities will get 15 bonus points if they have not had a CDBG grant in the last five years.

Test-2 Communities will get 25 bonus points if they have not had a CDBG grant in the last five years.

Test-3 Communities will get 35 bonus points if they have not had a CDBG grant in the last five years.

Test-4 Communities will get 45 bonus points if they have not had a CDBG grant in the last five years.

LMI help The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program requires that each CDBG funded activity must either principally benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) persons, aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight, or meet a community development need having a particular urgency.
