Emergency Food Assistance Program
DCF and its local partners are distributing food to Kansans impacted by COVID-19. This is available to all Kansans; there are no income restrictions. Distribution will occur on a first-come, first-served basis through May 6. CLICK HERE

Hero Relief Program
The Hero Relief Program expands DCF’s child care assistance subsidies for families and provides financial support directly to child care providers. The new program specifically targets health care workers, first responders and other essential workers. In order to qualify, families must have countable gross income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level. For an average family of four that equals a monthly income of $5,458. Families will receive the full DCF subsidy amount based on their family size, with no family-share deduction. CLICK HERE
