“Attracting Powerful Economic Expansion”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On February 10, 2022, Attracting Powerful Economic Expansion \u2013 APEX \u2013 was signed into law by Kansas Governor Laura Kelly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having received bipartisan support in the House and Senate, the Act addresses the unique needs of for-profit companies within targeted industry sectors that invest $1 billion or more in the expansion of their operations or relocation of their headquarters anywhere in the state. APEX may also include up to five suppliers for such \u201cmegaprojects.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
