Estos proyectos de vivienda rehabilitar\u00e1n aproximadamente 53 propiedades y demoler\u00e1n dos unidades en ruinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de Lyon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la ciudad de Lyons se le concedieron $300.000 en fondos CDBG y prometi\u00f3 $85.025 en fondos de contrapartida. La ciudad tiene una poblaci\u00f3n de 3.729 habitantes y est\u00e1 situada en el condado de Rice. Con esta subvenci\u00f3n se rehabilitar\u00e1n 15 viviendas en propiedad y en alquiler.<br>Ciudad de Mankato<br>Situada en el condado de Jewell, la ciudad de Mankato tiene una poblaci\u00f3n de 869 habitantes. Con esta subvenci\u00f3n de $300.000 se rehabilitar\u00e1n nueve viviendas para familias con ingresos bajos a moderados y se demoler\u00e1n dos viviendas ruinosas desocupadas. Los fondos CDBG se complementar\u00e1n con $7.500 de fondos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de Wellington<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La subvenci\u00f3n $300.000 rehabilitar\u00e1 14 viviendas para residentes de Wellington ocupadas por sus propietarios y en r\u00e9gimen de alquiler. Esta subvenci\u00f3n se complementa con $82.250 de fondos locales. Situado en el condado de Sumner, la ciudad tiene una poblaci\u00f3n de 8.172.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de Winfield<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ciudad de Winfield est\u00e1 situada en el condado de Cowley y tiene una poblaci\u00f3n de 12.333 habitantes. Con esta subvenci\u00f3n se rehabilitar\u00e1n 15 viviendas de alquiler. Los fondos concedidos ascienden a $300.000 y la ciudad se ha comprometido a aportar $100.000 en fondos complementarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las subvenciones para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas se conceden a trav\u00e9s de un concurso anual.
