\r\nBotanica seeks artists and artist-led collectives to create site-responsive outdoor public art for its 40th Anniversary Exhibition. Proposed installations should connect with the gardens\u2019 landscape, ecology, history, or community.
\r\n
\r\nThe all-inclusive project budget is $7,500\u2013$20,000 per artist or collective.
\r\n
\r\nEligible applicants must be 18 or older and live or work in Kansas, have been born or raised in Kansas, or have an artistic practice with a substantial Kansas connection. Artist teams qualify when their lead artist meets these requirements.
\r\n
\r\nProposals must include a letter of interest and preliminary concept, up to 10 work samples, an itemized preliminary budget, an artist statement, and a CV or r\u00e9sum\u00e9.
