Kansas Rural Renewal Counties<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Designated community residents and Rural Renewal County recipients are eligible hires for Kansas employers to receive a Work Opportunity Tax Credit.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Criteria for Kansas Rural Renewal Counties Recipients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Must be 18 and not yet 40 on hire date and reside in a Rural Renewal County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Along with the IRS 8850 and ETA 9061 forms, employers will need to submit documentation for proof of age and address. For the RRC target group, the documentation of the address must match the employee\u2019s address that is on Page 1 of IRS 8850 form. Please provide one of the approved forms of documentation of address (Driver\u2019s License, W-4, Utility Bill, Lease Papers, Voter Registration Card or Government Issued Award Letter) that matches the address on the IRS 8850 From and\/or resubmitted.<\/li>
  2. NOTE:<\/strong> According to Immigration, P.O. Box numbers and Rural Routes are not acceptable addresses.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n
