(Equity\/SAFE)&nbsp;(Securities offered through crowdfunding and convertible notes are not eligible)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company agrees to adequate reporting of business information to KDC.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed Qualified Company Agreement with the KDC.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability of investors in the business to receive tax credits for cash investments in qualified securities of the business is beneficial because funding otherwise available for the business is not available on commercially reasonable terms.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n        <div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"container \">            <div class=\"wrapper-block  \" style=\"\n                                                                                                                                    \">\n        \n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background\"><strong>Information that will be required when submitting the application:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof you are a Kansas company: Articles certified by the Secretary of State&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof you are headquartered in Kansas&nbsp;(an onsite visit may be conducted) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete business plan&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Executive summary&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Target market&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statement on the innovative nature of your product, service or technology: Why are you different?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statement of potential Kansas economic impact: How many jobs and the type? How many locations? Where will you be located?
