Thursday, April 3:  Trade Compliance Management

In our new world of rapidly changing trade law, it is of paramount importance to stay abreast of trade compliance regulations.  Now more than ever, ignorance of the law is not an excuse and the consequences of noncompliance include delays, fines and import disruptions.

Topics covered in today’s wrap-up webinar include:

  • Knowing the origin of your imported goods and declaring them responsibly to CBP
  • Exercising due diligence and reasonable care in your import Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) prevents violations and assures continuity in your supply chain.
