The TAPS grant supports initiatives that enhance public infrastructure to drive economic growth and community vitality. This grant invests in projects that leverage creative placemaking to attract visitors, support local businesses, and strengthen regional identity. By improving the quality of public spaces, this grant aims to repurpose mundane or unsightly objects \u2014 such as electrical boxes, fire hydrants, benches and utility poles \u2014 into assets that contribute to the vibrancy, functionality and beauty of the environment while fostering community pride, stimulating creativity and driving economic development by attracting visitors, encouraging local investment and supporting small businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
