Commerce Seeking Support to Identify Vacant Buildings for Redevelopment Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland today announced that the Department of Commerce is launching an initiative to identify vacant, abandoned or underutilized buildings suitable for redevelopment into housing units.
