Governor Laura Kelly today announced that the Kansas Department of Commerce is accepting nominations for the 2026 Governor’s Exporter of the Year Award.
The Governor’s Exporter of the Year Award is one of the highest honors the governor gives annually to best-in-class companies conducting international business from Kansas. These businesses are recognized as examples of our state’s excellence in exporting to countries around the world.
“Our exporting companies have a huge impact on the state’s economy by powering jobs, building strong communities, and growing opportunities in Kansas,” ローラ・ケリー知事はこう語った。 “Nominating a business for this prestigious award is a meaningful way to show appreciation and gratitude for the work these companies are doing not only in Kansas communities, but in markets across the globe.”
The Kansas Department of Commerce’s International Division and the Kansas International Trade Coordinating Council (KITCC) coordinate the nomination process.

To be eligible, companies must be in good standing with the State of Kansas and currently operate in and export from Kansas. Nominations must be received by April 3, 2026.
