Everybody’s Funny!

This community workshop is all about play. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of improvisation and how it can help them communicate and collaborate in their own lives. When improvising, performers must listen and work together, building off of what each person brings to the table. These are the same skills we must cultivate in order to have better relationships at work, home, and among friends. In this two-hour workshop, students will learn the basic principles of “Yes, And,” and put those skills into action by playing classic improv games. This is perfect for icebreakers, team-building, or anyone who wants to connect with their community and have some big laughs. Designed for up to twenty participants. Available for nonprofits and community organizations when scheduling allows.
