Creating communities where residents and businesses can succeed.

The division focuses on strengthening community assets through placemaking, broadband expansion, revitalization efforts, and other local development initiatives. Its mission is to enhance quality of place and support economic growth through strategic investments, grants, and hands-on assistance for local projects across Kansas.
