The venture will create 251 new jobs, resulting in a local workforce of 485. This program is a part of the U.S. Commercial Service Global Diversity Export Initiative, specifically promoting U.S. minority owned companies.

Latin America and the Caribbean are significant beauty and supplements markets, and demand for U.S. products with natural ingredients continues to rise as consumers increasingly prioritize their own health.  The Beauty & Wellness Virtual Matchmaking Program will offer comprehensive virtual business matchmaking where U.S. companies can connect and network with qualified distributors, retailers, and e-commerce players in the Caribbean and Latin America. Countries recruiting include: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Uruguay. Countries participating are subject to change. Following the program, U.S. companies will receive the contact details of the international participants.
