Commerce International Division Recognized for Excellence in Export Promotion The Kansas Department of Commerce International Division has been awarded the Regional Export Promotion Program (REPP) Member of the Year Award from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM). Commerce Launches Blueprint to Build Grant Program for Community Centers Blueprint to Build, an innovative new Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), provides rural Kansas communities a faster, more affordable way to construct state-of-the-art community centers.
