Governor Kelly Announces Kansas Moving Forward with $451.7M High-Speed Internet Deployment Plan Governor Laura Kelly today announced federal approval of the state’s Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) Initial Proposal Volume 2, providing an investment of more than $450 million to expand Kansas’ high-speed internet infrastructure. Phil Wang is a Guitarist Vocalist Harmonica Player. He plays Original and Historical Classic Rock and Folk Music. The performance
includes complex melodies played on Acoustic Guitar and Harmonica simultaneously . The unique Guitar style pulls from Classical and World music including Spanish Guitar. Parts of the Show are instrumental and other parts with vocals.

Phil Wang performs between 150 to 180 times per year at Universities, Retirement Homes, Restaurants, Community Colleges and Resorts.

Educational Activity Information
  1. The History of the Harmonica: Participants will learn the history and hear examples of the most famous melodies. An option to this program is:
  2. Harmonica Workshop: Participants will play and learn the Harmonica any level or no experience, all will be welcome.
  3. Guitar workshop for teens or any age is welcome: Participants will bring their instruments, no experience to advanced all will be welcome.
  4. Musicianship 101 Participants will experience music though special exercises that teach internal understanding of music. Participants who claim they have no musical talent are most welcome. Everyone welcome as well.
  5. Master Class: Playing the Guitar and Harmonica at the same time.Participants must know how to play the Guitar and need to bring Harmonicas and Harmonica holder
Additional Activity Fee

$200.00 per class.

For community activities, 100.00 if on same day as performance.

Community Activity Information

30-60 minute show at a Memory unit nearby or Hospital. Any place chosen by host community that needs some music.
