Kansas Tourism Hits the Road with New Mobile Visitors Center At the Kansas State Fair today, Kansas Tourism unveiled its newest tool for inspiring visitation to the state – the Kansas Tourism Mobile Visitors Center (MVC). Governor Kelly Announces MARSHALLTOWN to Invest $27M, Create 40 Jobs in Wyandotte County Governor Laura Kelly announced today that MARSHALLTOWN, a recognized supplier of high-quality tools and products to major brands such as Lowe’s and Home Depot, is investing $27 million to build a new distribution center in Wyandotte County. The Kansas Department of Commerce will host International Trade Day on June 6 in the Colonial Ballroom of Emporia State University’s Memorial Union. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and the conference will adjourn at 5:15 p.m.

The keynote address will be delivered by Chris Kuehl, the Managing Director of Armada Corporate Intelligence.

Registration for the 2017 International Trade Day is open with a registration fee of $50.
