Morgan Barnes, Engagement and Outreach Manager, joined the Office of Broadband Development in October 2022, bringing a background in Integrated Marketing Communications from Wichita State University. With experience in private, higher education, and public service sectors, Morgan’s strength lies in building relationships and connecting with people. In her previous role at the Public Policy and Management Center at Wichita State University, she delivered professional training, managed conferences.  Now, as our Engagement and Outreach Manager, Morgan focuses on partnership support and engagement efforts for Kansas, expressing, “It is an honor to support our neighbors across Kansas as we work to strengthen, support and connect.”
