The Kansas Department of Commerce, Office of Minority and Women Business Development is proud to announce its annual Minority and Women Business Awards luncheon to be held in October. The date and place will be announced soon.. This event will recognize minority- and women-owned businesses from across the state for their outstanding achievements. Awards are presented to minority and women-owned businesses in the following categories: construction, manufacturing, professional service, retail, service, supplier/distributor, young entrepreneur, business advocate and Corporation of the Year.
