Empower Kansas’ fall community reporting period is now open, and enrolled communities can begin submitting their reports through the new online reporting tool.
During the 2025 Listening Tour, we heard from communities that they wanted a simpler, more streamlined way to report the work happening in their communities. In response, Empower Kansas is moving all community reporting to JotForm beginning this September.
Communities will submit reports twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Reports will capture information about community events, projects, volunteer activities and other accomplishments.
This information helps the state organization demonstrate the impact enrolled communities are making across Kansas. Communities are encouraged to capture as much of their work as possible, including the small projects and activities that may seem routine but make a big difference in the community.
The fall reporting form is now open and can be found here: Reporting Link
To help communities get comfortable with the new process, Empower Kansas will host a Community Reporting Webinar on Wednesday, September 9, at 11:30 a.m. The webinar will walk through the new reporting process and give communities an opportunity to ask questions. Register for the webinar here: Zoom Registration
If you have questions about the new reporting process, please reach out to KCE Administrator Matthew Morrison at [email protected].
