Commerce Updates ROZ Student Loan Repayment Program  Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland today announced significant changes to the Rural Opportunity Zones (ROZ) program that could increase participation in student loan repayments for people moving to rural Kansas counties. Numerous Career Opportunities Available at Commerce Virtual Job Fair Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland encourages Kansas jobseekers and employers seeking new talent to participate in this month’s Virtual Statewide Job Fair. Hosted by KANSASWORKS, the job fair will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24. Governor Kelly Celebrates 2023 Exporter of the Year: Tank Connection Governor Laura Kelly visited Tank Connection in Parsons today to officially honor the company for being named the 2023 Governor’s Exporter of the Year. Tank Connection, a global leader in dry bulk and liquid storage systems, exports to 64 countries across six continents. Governor Kelly Announces More than $8M to be Invested in Digital Opportunities Governor Laura Kelly announced today that Kansas is receiving $8.2 million to begin implementing the Kansas Digital Equity (DE) Plan, which recently received federal approval.
