Earlier in his career, he spent three years at JB Hunt in fleet management.

Daniel Harless is a Lead Engineer for Southwest Power Pool (SPP) in the Market Design department. He has held various roles within SPP since 2011. He has been a part of the Planning Modeling Department, Market Analysis and Support, and Market Design. Harless was a lead on the FERC Order 841 project to incorporate Energy Storage Resources into SPP’s Market. He is also a subject matter expert on the design of Variable Energy Resources in SPP’s Market. Harless is currently working with the design team to implement a Ramp Capability Product and the Fast-Start Pricing Order.

As part of T-Mobile’s commitment to move to 100% renewable energy by 2021, Wong is part of strategic sourcing group tasked with procuring renewable energy projects throughout the United States.

As Executive Director of the Climate + Energy Project, Dorothy Barnett is leading the effort to address the Heartland's energy future. Grounded in an approach based common ground solutions, Barnett has been successful in convening diverse voices in a conservative region of the country. Barnett has coordinated winning campaigns to protect the Kansas Renewable Portfolio Standard from special interest groups attacks during four legislative sessions, allowing the wind industry to grow to 40% of the state’s power generation in just a decade.

Doug Fulton grew up on a farm in Illinois and moved to Wichita in 1995 after graduating with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. In 2010, Fulton joined Siemens Wind Power (now Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) as Production Manager for the new nacelle factory in Hutchinson.
