Commerce Awards $362,000 in E-HEAL Funding for Rural Downtown Buildings Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce today announced that the Department of Commerce has awarded $362,000 through the Emergency Historic Asset Lifeline (E-HEAL) program.
