Community Assessment Toolkit

The Quality Places Division has developed the community assessment toolkit as a resource for community leaders to leverage their existing assets and identify potential new projects that help build and strengthen their community. This training will guide participants through the toolkit, which includes resources for completing an asset inventory, conducting a community survey, and hosting a community meeting. Each of these tools gathers information that will help build a community action plan that drives meaningful change and ultimately assists you in crafting a successful grant application.
