Tiffany Stovall | CEO | Kanas Manufacturing Solutions

As CEO of Kansas Manufacturing Solutions (KMS), Tiffany Stovall leads a team of trusted advisors in their continued achievement of KMS’s mission of creating measurable growth for Kansas manufacturers. Tiffany is also looking to the future, ensuring that KMS is focusing on the evolving needs of the Kansas manufacturing industry with additional concentration on workforce development, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement to enhance domestic and global competitiveness.

Tiffany is a vocal advocate for Kansas manufacturers. She has developed partnership relationships with key local, state, and federal organizations with the goal of ensuring that manufacturers’ issues are heard at the level where decisions to support the industry can be made. She believes that Kansas manufacturers have a tremendous opportunity for growth.

Joining the KMS team in 2010 as an energy management project manager, she helped companies drive growth through energy efficiency and sustainability.

In her role as VP of Partnership Operations, Tiffany developed and strengthened partnerships with organizations across the state that have a shared interest in helping grow Kansas manufacturing and the ecosystem that supports these companies.

She is currently the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Wyandotte Economic Development Board, Treasurer of the executive board of the American Small Manufacturers Coalition, an alumna of the Leadership Kansas program, and has been recognized as one of Ingram’s Magazine’s 50 Kansans You Should Know in 2022.

A proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Tiffany still happily cheers for Kansas Colleges and Universities.

Nic Lydon | Director of Continuous Improvement | Kansas Manufacturing Solutions

As the Director of Continuous Improvement, Nic Lydon is responsible for the Continuous Improvement programs we develop and deliver to our clients throughout the great state of Kansas. He has a decade worth of Continuous Improvement consulting experience working with small and medium size business, up to Fortune 100 companies throughout the United States. Over the last decade he has worked in numerous manufacturing environments including defense, packaging goods, equipment manufacturers, meat processing, and other food processing facilities.

Nic enjoys working with the clients to develop custom solutions that address the issues they face using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. He has experience working in all aspects of a supply chain from purchasing, material handling, process improvements, inventory management, distribution, and production planning just to name a few. He also has experience helping clients build robust maintenance programs using Total Production Maintenance and quality programs using Total Quality Management.

Nic knows that change is hard for everyone, that is why he bring his change management experience to every project. With every program he develops he assists his client in developing a plan to communicate the change to their employees in a way that helps them accept the change a drive every project to succeed.

Nic holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an M.B.A. from Northwest Missouri State University. He has certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Change Management Specialist, Kaizen Facilitator, Total Productive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Manager.
