Crédito de contribución a la universidad comunitaria o técnica
A tax credit shall be allowed for any taxpayer that makes a contribution to a community college or technical college located in Kansas for capital improvements, deferred maintenance or the purchase of technology or equipment. The credit is 60% of the total amount contributed during the taxable year by the taxpayer. The Community College or Technical College Contribution Credit was established in 2022.
The amount that is shown in the amount offered column is the amount of credit that has been issued to the contributors through the Community Colleges or Technical Colleges.
