Strategic Economic Expansion and Development
Through the enactment of the 2021 Technology-Enabled Fiduciary Financial Institutions Development and Expansion fund, Commerce was enabled to distribute SEED grants for the purpose of supporting the economic revitalization of Kansas communities under 5,000 population through investments in quality-of-life initiatives.
